i find

"old photos"


from vintage and antique shops. i don't know who the people are but, actually not knowing the story makes it more exciting. i can just make them up.
the photos are small. like 5*10 cm or so. and they are quite old.

 this photo was the first one that i bought. it initiated my collection in a way. i really like it.

 about this one, i liked the genuine attitude and outlook of these young men.

 this seems like the man kissed her right before the photographer pressed the button. maybe it was the first time he kissed her. who knows.

this photo seems like a  movie scene. also the light and the sharpness of the details are quite nice.

i'm sorry marc jacobs ipad case but this just kicks your ass. especially this maroon one on the first photo. 
yet, i'm not in the mood(yeah it is only about the mood) for spending €295.

i've seen that a new exhibition in La Triennale di Milano is on the run right now. it is: "Cinema with a hat. Borsalino and other stories". i can't go there obviously and unfortunately. but, i think that regrets worth nothing and everyone should find something good in nearly everything. that's why i loved this only photo that i've seen in vogue's website. the exhibition is until 20 march, if there is anyone out there who is able to go there.

ps: this is just like the fedora hat on my wishlist!

i bought

"jars"


it was like the love at first sight. i knew i had to have them! there are 4 of these little guys and they are all so cute. i think i may be a little crazy about all these kitchen stuff. anyway. when i saw these i decided that i could make some jam. since it is winter, i'll go with the quince i guess. i don't really like jam but quince is less sweet and sugary, so it is much better for me. also i won't use any sugar. instead i'll reduce some apple juice and also add a bit of natural pectin.
tomorrow if i have time, i'll do it.

i saw these long ago, but they do not work without an ipad do they? now, since i bought one, i can buy a case too. aren't they cute? they are very practical too. also the fabric is nice and protective.

i can't really say that i want to get it because i have no intention of buying it-it's kinda expensive for me. but i'd like to possess it somehow(: 
i found these great bags while i was searching for some chic bags for SLR cameras. it's kind of disappointing to see that there is nothing! i mean it. nothing! as a chic, nice slr bag. they are all so dorky. i understand that for very professional photographers they are a need, but not all of the people who have a camera are in need of these multi-functional, very comfortable but still dorky bags.
i especially liked the ones that i posted.

i have done

"little notebooks"


i have done these colorful notebooks with pamhplet stitch binding. 
the ones in the 3rd photo have watercolor abstract paintings on their front and back cover.
the ones in the 4th, have black covers and orange, red and blue pages.
the last one's every page is different color.

i made myself a new cookbook which -hopefully- will stay clean and in order. for now i only added 3-4 dessert recipes. i'll only write down the recipes that i tried out and liked.
